The following terms and conditions are applicable to all courses booked with Sarbin Solutions:

Cancellation of any course within 4 working days of planned delivery date will incur a charge equivalent to 10% of the course sub-total cost.

Non-attendance:- If the planned number of students is reduced with less than 24 hours notice, a charge will be incurred. This will be 50% of the daily equivalent rate per person missing.

Your company will be invoiced after the course completion. Payment is then requested within 3 weeks of receipt (Cheque or BACS). Late payment may incur penalty charges in accordance with UK statutory law.

At the end of the course, if any property of Sarbin Solutions Ltd is not returned or returned damaged due to improper use, the customer will be charged for its replacement.
